No. Plans are month-to-month — you can pause or cancel anytime, and your hosting, domains, and accounts always stay in your name. We're a service, not a hostage situation.
We'll always check with you first. Small overages are usually absorbed; larger ones are quoted at a clear hourly rate before we start, or we'll suggest moving up a tier if it's cheaper for you.
WordPress and WooCommerce are our specialty, but we also support most common stacks — static sites, popular CMSes, and many SaaS builders. Tell us what you're on and we'll confirm fit.
Yes — that's a common starting point. We begin with a health check and a backup, fix anything urgent, then settle into the regular care rhythm. Onboarding usually takes a few business days.
